Hey, I've seen people still using old versions of flash to animate, and I'm trying to find out how to and where to get it. I've tried the alternative Vectorian Giotto, and it keeps glitching out. So, can anyone help me out? (it would be much appreciated!!!) P.S, I've heard that Macromedia Flash MX 2004 is legally free...

yeah there are websites where you can download the out of date versions

Can vouch for this, Animate Archive is from my friend Charlie (@Megacharlie)! Sadly Adobe busted the CS5.5 download but other downloads there should work!
Animate Archive has every single version of old flash programs from future splash to cs6 (but they havent found a serial number for cs6 yet, so you'll have to find one somewhere else). Hope this helps!!

So a buddy of mine recommended me https://animatearchive.neocities.org/?home but for the life of me I have never gotten it to work. But granted, I am bad at trying to crack software, a few of my friends gotten it to work tho.
This goes as far as FutureSplash up to Flash cs6.
As for the windows 11, I haven't tried it yet on 11 but on 10 it worked fine.
