So a buddy of mine recommended me https://animatearchive.neocities.org/?home but for the life of me I have never gotten it to work. But granted, I am bad at trying to crack software, a few of my friends gotten it to work.
This goes as far as FutureSplash up to Flash cs6.
As for the windows 11, I haven't tried it yet on 11 but on 10 it worked fine.
