I don't like this show. However, there's one episode I found kinda fun and that is the Auto-Tune episode.
As far as I can tell it's not even a real episode but rather a camouflaged ad for that iOS auto-tune gadget but hey, if that's what it takes to make the Annoying Orange watchable, I'm fine with that.

People found this funny at the time because content on the internet made for kids specifically was scarce, which made a video of someone with their face on an orange and talking seem like the most awesome thing in the world.
