so, is it ok to make a remake of club penguin?

could be something like "Crew of Spheniscidae"

("crew" is an alternate word for club and "spheniscidae" is the scientific name for penguin)

Your title being a reference to "Club" and "Penguin" isn't a bad idea but why not like, "The Avian Crew," because using latin in a game title is going to be ridiculed. Anything past 7 letters pushes it. That's the sad part. Look no further than phantasmaphobia, which I misspelled.

I’m pretty sure as long as u claim it as a remake it’s fine. Ppl have remade cp so many times, it only became an issue with Disney cuz CP Rewritten ended up getting involved with tons of drama and allegations of—(you what I can’t even explain the lore goes so deep)

tldr, yes, a lot of mmos function the same ur not gonna get in any legal trouble. If u worried, label it as a parody

The problem with multiplayer social games for children is that moderating them is a nightmare. Look at Roblox. The kids aren't alright.

Disney has had a track record for it used to have a whole division for MMOs in the late 2000s-early 2010s managing stuff like toon town, Pirate of the Caribbean online, etc. Club Penguin was just its biggest so it lasted the longest but it started to slip in relevance so they tried Club Penguin Island to bring it back which everyone hated and since it flopped Disney closed that too

In 2022 After The Servers Were Gone Disney Filled A Lawsuit On Club Penguin Rewritten They Clearly Do Not Want People Useing There Propertys For Mallicious Intent

If You Want To Create Fan Art Of The Characters Thats Fine

But If You Create Or Reproduce Disney Media And Try To Pass It Off As Official You Will Likely Be Sued

It’s going to be very difficult with all the moderation issues I’ve seen tons of different club penguin remakes have moderation issues. A lot of disturbing stuff slid through the cracks. so I don’t know how you’re going to moderate what if it grows to a point where you can’t moderate it yourself even today there’s a high demand for club penguin remakes.

It's been 20 years and people still don't know not to abbreviate Club Penguin/cyberpunk.... Especially when also mentioning Disney😋
