New artwork: Axl as a Vionan Honeyfox! PFP For October! He's still just as cuddly, but watch out for his tail.
A species of my own making. (Not for use by others though)
Seen a lot of these, so I'm assuming these are allowed..
(Release date/time is dependent on British Summer Time or Greenwich Mean Time)
I commonly draw a whole lot of wholesome art, but I draw a variety of different themes too! Here are my two latest pieces of art! (Sep 2023)
If I end up breaking rules, in this, do warn me!
The actual resolution of these drawings are 4092x2893 for landscape, and 2893x4092 for portrait.

I sometimes stream to my server, but my computer will freak out 70% of the time. I have a potato of a computer lmao.
I would actually start doing it more if it didn't freak out lol. It's a good suggestion though!

Don't have your cellphone near you, make sure you need to get up to get it. Also, defining how much time you want to spend drawing is REALLY good. Start small. Then go bigger. And, most important: be kind to yourself. No need to expect perfection, no need to expect to do it daily right at the beginning. Celebrate the small victories, use it to nurture the bigger ones. Wish you good luck, dood. See ya!
Thanks for the tip! I'll work on it! Have a good day!

you can note everything you want to before sleeping and noting everything you want to do
sometimes getting too much distracted is because of disorganized routine
Good tip, thanks!

I like to work with the Source Engine. While, yes, it's a dated engine, It was really easy to learn for me.
I commonly make maps and other assets for the Source Engine.
Especially in Hammer editor (The official map creation tool), the Source engine can be like a minefield.
One wrong move, and your map could completely break. So if you decide to work with maps, i recommend trying Hammer++, it's a community made fork, that allows things like proper ray-trace previews, and physics simulation. It also fixes some bugs that Valve could never sort out themselves.

I can't even remember clearly. I'm pretty sure it was like some Namco racing game?

Yeah this is probably just an urge of thought and i'd lose it later but i figured i ask on this thread for yall's opinions since this is also my first time ever posting one on newgrounds.
To be honest, I think not. Elon Musk has gotten his mits on the platform, and has completely destroyed the platform beyond repair. I also heard (not sure if it's true) that Elon is also planning to remove the ability to block users.
What I do with my Twitter now is post cropped versions of my artwork, providing a link to my other socials, via my website, to get to the full artwork.

Helps even more when they are long videos I already watched a million times before, so I don't get distracted with new stuff. I use Scott The Woz or Quinton Reviews videos. They are long and talk about things I already heard before or don't care too much about.
I do actually do that most of the time, utilising the picture-in-picture mode of Firefox. I'd commonly have someone like vinesauce, or someone who messes with retro stuff (Like LGR, or action retro) playing. I'd watch vinesauce as his videos are commonly upwards of an hour, being stream replays etc. Thanks for the suggestion!

Probably not a very good reply, but I recommend playing a casual game. If you're feeling a little retro, you could go for a text adventure, or 3D Pinball or something. Or if you have any DS, you could try playing something like Nintendogs.
If my advice isn't good, just try playing something you've played before, and know you're good at.
Not a good first post, I know.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can handle distractions?
The problem is that for a long while now, I have had an issue with distractions. It's causing me to "fall behind" with artwork.
I would be drawing one second, then the next, i'll be playing Terminal Velocity, or something.
Can you give recommendations on how i could manage my distractions, or even share your experience, if you also have this problem?
