There's something interesting that I have observed while showing my sis Newgrounds.

She felt that uploading art for the art portal was kinda hard, because...
...she didn't know the difference between Fine Art and Illustration
...what the tags are for
...what it seems to be unscouted
...and many more.

For the problem above I would suggest something that assists newcomers like small hint bubbles.
Also she seemed confused on why navbar changes from one page to the other.
I know that everything is still in progress in terms of making Newgrounds mobile friendly and such, but it's still interesting to observe other's UX. I've been here since forever so we powerusers may take things for granted.

Anyway how about you? What's your experience in showing the new generation this awesome place?

It's funny, because I saw so many job ads that required people who know WordPress. Hearing this and fact that people use WordPress for their business is kinda funny, but also very scary to hear.

There are many ways to do this. But you could take a bit of the end portion of your image and gradient blend it to the beginning with Photoshop.

Then you take your image twice into a Graphic clip, and loop that.
