Newgrounds games posted on y8.com? Posted July 6th, 2016 in General

So recently I uploaded a game to newgrounds called CN-332. About two weeks later I get a message from my friend asking if I had posted CN-332 on this website called y8. I said no and he told me that CN-332 was on this website called y8. When I got home that day I looked at this website called y8 and noticed that other games from newgrounds had been posted on this website too, and most likely without permission.

When searching games on y8 I saw that Edmund's "Aether" was on the website. I also went to the Games portal and searched for games and then searched them on y8 and most of them were on y8.

Also for some reason games posted on y8 have this default 4 stars. They also seem to post videos on there too and with first glance looking at them I saw about 3 markiplier animations.

Does anyone else see their games on y8 without permission?

Response to: Unity3d WebGL Support Posted June 8th, 2016 in Game Development

It seems that the WebGL build is glitching my particals in unity. It makes my first partical all streched out and the second partical does play the animation sheet correctly. In the stand alone build its just fine so it has something to do with the WebGL build. Are there any WebGL overrides I can do to stop this?
