They can be the scourge of the skies or man's best friends. Regardless of whether they're frying you or cuddling up to you. We as humans have decided to dedicate one day out of the year to celebrate them. To honor their elegance and might, I am hosting an small art contest in their name. I'm calling out to all artists on newgrounds to please submit you mightiest, silliest, and/or most terrifying dragons to the art portal. The contest starts today on Jan 4th and will go on until the end of Appreciate A Dragon Day on Jan. 16th. Once the 16th passes I will be looking for the winners and make an announcement both in this thread and on my news section on my account on Jan 30th. First prize is $30.00 and there will be two runner-up prizes of $15.00 each. I can only send payment online so make sure if you want to have a chance of winning to have paypal or something else set up. Some basic guidelines for submitting
Good luck and have fun dragon drawing!
Might have dropped too soon, had an error with the legs. Decided to add a shadow too. Sorry for the double post, IDK how to edit old ones.

That being said, there’s more than one way to use nudity and sexual themes in art than just creating something for an audience to be aroused by. I want to find other people who are interested in using adult art as a storytelling device or for other purposes, but aren’t just drawing straight-up porn. (Ironic usage is fine too - I’ve applied porn tropes to monsters before in order to elicit mixed emotions, and I thought that was amusing.)
I legitimately don’t know where to look. There’s an NSFW artist hangout thread here, but I’m 99.99% sure it’s literally just porn artists. The same is probably going to be true for almost any other Art Forum thread on the same subject. So where do I go instead?
Softcore NSFW is a thing. I think @nylonics art is like more so like that. They post more so on their X/Twitter account than their Newgrounds account. Maybe a thing to look into. Don't have many other examples. I think they are also working on a comic that is NSFW, but not focused on sex.
Not very common, because it usually doesn't add much to a story or media to add full NSFW art for their story, in fact doing so usually reduces the audience anyway. Which is why people would rather just have a tasteful censored pan. Seeing what a characters genitalia looks like or them doing the dirty doesn't usually add much to the story.
To be honest, I sometimes feel this same way about prolonged PG romantic scenes. How much does every second of the make-out and fondling of each other add? If the story was written well, I should understand how much they like each other.
But there are some times I can see there being some artistic not pornographic use of adult content in art.
But in terms of groups? Don't know what you would call it. Softcore, is still semi-erotic usually, but I don't know any other sort of group. Maybe a new SoftestCore, lol.

I am thinking about making some short games for ladies.
It will be rated M or A depending on what you prefer
and which thing you like.
I have little experiences in game making, but yeah.
I am good at drawing both genders.
But since it's a game for ladies.
I though maybe a undress game with different males characters.
Or maybe something more like a woman discover a 18+ magazine
made for here.
And what else..
Maybe a dating sim game?
But I am not really in depth with the development part of this..
So yeah. Something very simple and naughty for the ladies.
I will try to make decent drawings for that matter.
Here is what I can draw.
You are all free to give me ideas and hope I will be able to reach your expectations.
Thank you, ZG.
I think enough people in this thread have told you to reevaluate your actions than actually helping, lol. Not that they are wrong. Just be sure you know if it is really what you want to do.
First off, you are unlikely to gain much useful information, at least regarding data for adult games for females on this forum. Sure the accounts are are pseudonymous, but people aren't very likely to self admit what kind of adult games they prefer. Actually, I just tried looking up insights and statistics, but there sparse any about what adult games female do well. Actually stats about adult games in general are sparse. You could probably get a general guess by looking up insights, on what games females prefer, what are popular adult game categories, what are popular adult categories with woman. Again this isn't all encompassing, but in theory will be better than groping in the dark when making a game not for yourself.
Like other's suggested, in general for making games as a new person into game development, I would suggest Ren'Py, at least since that is a pretty popular way to make visual novels (which a lot of adult games nowadays use). You can also consider GDvelop, which is a visual programming based game engine (that is free and open source), or if you want something more closer to a full game engine, Godot (another free and open source game engine).
Also since you are new to programming, I would suggest a small of project as possible, and not worry to much about the quality, but more about finishing the entirety of the project, start to finish. I'd just make a short visual novel with maybe 2 or three different endings, or maybe dress up game. Learn how the whole process works, then try to expand and try something a bit more elaborate. Just like when learning drawing you start with simple shapes, then you learn how to make more and more complex shapes with the basics.
I could maybe discuss more in a DM if you want, but I am not really experienced in game development, just have made a couple of small games as a hobby.
