I wasn't planning on having prizes for this. If someone wants to add prizes to this, I guess we could do it.

Y'know what? Perhaps I should just allow every project type for this contest. This contest is no longer limited to art. Audio, movies, and even games can be made about everything I've made on Newgrounds and Scratch. Click link for more context: BalloonShroom Art Contest. Everythings the same, just more types of projects.

I use This Website to make my art. It's super easy to use (for me, at least). Perhaps you should try it too.
Just create a account, create a new project, delete the cat sprite, and use the tools available to create a nice picture. Then, Go to full screen, Right-click, "Save image as",and Enter BSAC-1YA", then upload your art to NG under the tag "bsac-1ya" or "BalloonShroom-Art-Contest-1ya".

Don't worry. I'm sure your art will be great. Besides, this contest isn't about winning or being the best artist. Making the art in of itself is a win in my book.
