Since there will be a revamp of the audio submission form soon, in my opinion (and in the opinion of other moderators too), it does more harm than good to remove pages like that which had a lot of traffic just because of a few copyrighted samples. We generally let it slide when the track in question already garnered a lot of views, especially when the track's artist is still active around here on Newgrounds, since after the revamp it shouldn't be an issue anymore.

"Remix" can mean two different things. It can either be a re-make or a remix containing copyrighted samples. The former constitutes as something self-made. The latter violates copyright.

In the case that I get no response, I'll PM that Newgrounds account asking for proof that he's the original owner of that music he posted.
