hey guys, how come when i create say, 20 frames and then i try to click on the last frame and move my character to where i want him to be, it selects everything and wont let me select only him. help plz?
You need to convert your object into a movie clip. That will make sure he's the only one that tweens. Also, you should put him onto a different layer. It helps make it easier.
Because when you click on a different keyframe, everything on the stage gets highlighted. Click on transparentcy, or right click > deselect.
Create a blank keyframe on the first frame of your movie then create a new movie clip were you will draw your character in. Drag the movie clip from your libary to the first frame then go to frame 20 and insert keyframe and then move it to were you wish it to movie to.
Lastly go down and change the first frame into motion tween.
