I also think it's safe to assume he didn't make those last two. If, by some miracle, they are his, then maybe a more insightful description than "dvdgefgwefgwfgt" would have helped. Either way he'd have been banned for a month, and if he gives me proof that he somehow made them, I can always re-publish the tracks.

This time its stolen from Knife Party. I'm not sure if this was to use it in a GD level, because I've heard it in a GD level using the same music ID, but the level uploader was not the same as the music uploader.

Well, that doesn't matter. It's just blatantly breaking the rules.

Good question.

The answer is: Certainly not. Even if you get permission for a friend to upload his music to Newgrounds that still wouldn't be OK. The stuff you post has to be made by you. The only exception we make to this rule is collaborations. If you were somehow involved in the production of a song, then even though you may have not been the only one involved, it's permissible to upload it yourself.

Short answer: no.

Long answer: Covers/arrangements are allowed, if they are made from scratch, but remixes can be anything from rearranging an original song's parts, to adding stuff over the original song, to just increasing its pitch, all of which don't technically qualify as your own work. Plus, you'd also need to take into consideration the licence of the original track, AND here in the Audio Portal we're still technically not accepting copyrighted samples until the new audio uploading system is sorted out. Remixes just create too many complications. Also, mixes of songs are definitely not allowed right now.

Remember: everything you upload must be made by you. If it's a cover or arrangement, it needs to be made from scratch. That's a good rule of thumb to go by.
