A few years back I saw this really weird clip from an anime or a hentai I dunno. And in the clip there’s this guy who’s brushing a girl’s teeth in a very uhhhh frisky way. I just randomly thought of it and was like “Yeah I’m gonna draw weird toothbrush stuff.”

Great work and progress the past few months especially. Lots of good referenced figure studies, mixed in with the more surreal finished works. I will say I think at this point you'll get a lot of benefit from doing some perspective studies one-point and two-point boxes are great ways to build your 3D spatial understanding, and can really help you push your compositions to the next level.
