Have you ever tried to make a detailed face in clay? It's hard, so cut the guy some slack. As for the time wasting. It's completely your choice to watch the movie in the first place, so essentially you're "wasting" your own time if you wanna clal it that. Oh, and if the movie does turn out to be bad, then you vote low, it gets blammed, and you'll probably never see it again.

no ones work is ever truely original, i am sure even knox was inspired by something (Gumby maybe... i have no idea lol) people get ideas from other people, thats usually how it works. if you get an idea, there is a good chance some other person has had the same idea and has acted on it.

so true. and another thing is that your style of animating or molding clay would origonate from were you leanred how to do it. i started to draw a few years ago and i started by drawing DBZ because i loved it so much. so yah my art style is going to look like dbz in some way no matter how much i try to change it after all this time drawing it.

I'm still waiting for a clearer + more finished model of the clay person before I say anything. That camera fuzzes up very bad at close objects, if its a digi cam there should be an option for "VERY VERY CLOSE" pictures.
