You can do whatever with it. It's your collab man. If you've started already with 12fps, stick with it.

Toof is wayyy overrated. its very simple to make and hardly funny. sorry but toof isn't all that good and doesn't need a fan collab. especially when you don't allow additional sounds, toof is based around its comedy (though thats not that great) and by removing that elements its only going to get blammed.

Nah, you know what your doing, I'll change the fps to 30 and get the others to do the same

Yeah I thought TooF was overrated up until TooF 5 which was totally awsome then TooF 6 which was even better. All the voices in my head now sound like that Japanese Toof.
I think you should bump it up man. On my most recent TooF it was at 30, and my parody was at 40, which I think I just might run at from here on out. It makes lip syncing look much better.
