Hey! So As the title suggests, I am unsure if I should publish this as a sketch or illustration. I decided to experiment with a much, much looser art style, making this, and I would like to put it under illustration as to me, it is completed. But, in this style, it's very sketch-like and loose.
Should I post this as an illustration or a sketch?

My understanding is that sketch is not meant to look like a finished piece. This is clearly finished as in it looks relatively clean. Don't let the cross-hatching fool you into thinking this is a sketch. It isn't a sketch.

yeah you colored and gradiated everything, i agree with the other two.

Yknow maybe this could become a thread for other artists who are facing this dilemma, so they can get feedback on whether to post it as either or.
This would probably be an illustration. If you didn't finish, then it's a sketch.
As-is, I'd call it a sketch. Nothing stopping you from cleaning it up And refining it to something that looks finished, it's just not there yet.
