A couple of MLP dating games I tried to play don't start up at all. Just a blank black spot, after I click the adult content warning. I tried a different game, and Ruffle started up, and the thing played, so I can't see why these don't just go as expected too.

for actual help: disable “Use Ruffle Emulation” in account settings, and boot it up in NG player. if tomfulp see this, disable ruffle for these.

Dunno how to get the NG player up and running. I'm on Linux, but don't really know how to force Wine to do stuff, if it doesn't just work right with something by default. After I opened the installer file, Wine popped up its run program dialog, and I clicked okay. The GUI thing appeared, but didn't have a program icon in the box on the right hand side of that to click on, so I'm pretty stuck. Doesn't seem to have done anything useful for me right now.

Try pullupflash.com, it has linux support

have you downloaded NG player? If not then that might be the problem
