If you're looking for some of the exact SFX libraries to commercially use (that the big companies have been using for many decades), I'd recommend looking at Sound-Ideas's products: https://www.sound-ideas.com (Hanna Barbara & Warner Brothers stuff is in their catalogue). I will warn you though that those libraries are not cheap!
