This is my first game like ever. Well not really but the first one I'm ever going to actually release. It's a steampunk-magic fantasy roguelike RPG. This is the 1800s. Everything is powered with steam. but magic exists in this world, though it hasn't evolved to the point where it is preferable over steam-powered objects, as they are specialized for making them and the magic acts the same way evolution does, with things changing over multiple generations. A warlock wants to take over the city and the area that surrounds it, but because of guns and the amount of people he can't do it on his own. He's simply not powerful enough to withstand an attack on all sides by anybody and everybody. So instead he "hires" (and by that I mean threatens his and his family's life if he doesn't do what he asks him) an engineer to create a mass amount of robots to do the fighting for him. Then once they do that he storms the capital and takes over. The warlock killed your mother because they were protesting against what they were doing, and then you take it upon yourself to go into that castle and kill him. You can do this, whenever you want. Try whenever you want. But, I wouldn't advise that, because if you die, you restart from the beginning. You can find random people and add them to your party, kinda like GTA with the heist people you can find anywhere. I've thought of many names but none of them fit. What do you guys think?
