Is there another RPG maker, other than RPG maker?

there's no downloads for other versions for Android or kindle...)

I'm not sure if there are too many game development programs available for use on Android or Kindle. Maybe you could try the web versions of some programs like GDevelop, but I don't know how useful that'd be.

If you're asking whether there's RPG makers that allow you to target older versions of Android or Kindle (but where you do your development on a PC) then I'm fairly sure there are many, but if not, then you could probably get away with downloading an older version instead, as that'll necessarily only target correspondingly older versions of android.

Not sure what your budget is, but 001 Game Creator is an example of an RPG-maker style program that can export to Android. It's been about a decade since I used it as Engine001 though, so not sure how it stands up these days.
