I have some cool people posting weird comments in my game, I reported it about an hour ago, how long until this is removed? Is there any sort of spam filter I can use?

You pretty much need to wait for other people to flag it as well so it gets pushed to the top of the pile for a review mod to prioritize whether it's rule-breaking or not. Note though that flagging a review isn't a guarantee that it's going to be removed, even if several people flag it.

The more whistle points you have, the faster it's going to go up the pile of flagged reviews, but flagging reviews that aren't technically rule-breaking (even if they weird you out) is just going to end up harming your whistle points, and it won't result in the reviews being removed either.

The only suggestion I have ---if the reviews are skirting the edge of rule-breaking but not quite fully there--- is to ignore the weirdos. If they're looking for a reaction by making these reviews, the best thing to do is ignore them.
