The problem I’m having is that whenever I click Flash CS3 on my desktop, the program doesn’t launch. The reason I am posting this topic in the Game Development forum is because I feel like experimenting with ActionScript 3, even though Ruffle doesn’t fully support that. For your information, my OS is Windows 11. Is there anyway to launch Flash CS3 on my said platform?
If compatibility mode doesn't work then it's probably a bust. I've never really had a good time with versions less than CS5 for Windows 10, not sure if 11 is more of the same.

Then the CS3 is a no-go. No problem. I can still experiment with AS3 with 5, 5.5, and 6. Even though Ruffle does not support AS3 fully, I want to push the actions up a notch.
