Basically, what's your favorite type of horror element in gaming? Like, jumpscares, Horrific game overs, surprising moments in otherwise not scary games, psychological horror, or what?

Usually I'd say my own but: I don't know the name of it? It's like the parts in Resident Evil 4 where you see people acting normal, but the parasites suddenly come at you when you're spotted. Or when I played Minecraft and recreated poorly lit-familiar places from real life in Creative mode, just to travel there in Survival and see what mobs spawned from those buildings and areas....

I’m terms of horrors in video games I love psychological shit. Like stuff you would see in the Silent hill games. Also big fan of scary monster designs.

Audio is very important when it comes to horror games. It can make or break it for me. Lastly give me some great atmosphere and you got a horror game I’ll love

I have a soft spot for mascot horror. Even though it's oversaturated I love it. I have to admit, I am a major pussy. I jump whenever the damn bird from garten of banban jumpscares me.
