I self publish an indie comic series about a retarded undead redneck who loves booze. My audience is growing pretty quickly so I’m looking to put together a game. I’m looking to do something old school like castlevania.

My interior artist is on board to draw all the assets as well. So I’m looking for someone who has experience and can just handle coding and putting it all together with us. It’d be paid work too.

I’ve included links to the first two issues as well so you can get a better idea of the source material.

You might want to try using the Collaboration forum and the Collab tool to get a better reach - the latter allows you to select whom you want to work with (artists, programmers, musicians, writers) and also makes it visible in the community page. It's no guarantee of people joining but in theory it should at least offer slightly more visibility, as the developers who frequent this forum are only a fraction of the total on this site, and are possibly tied up in other projects too.

Thanks man, I appreciate the advice. I wish all these dudes just all hung out at hooters or something so I could more easily track them down haha
