I want to make a game in flash, but I don't know where to start and I can't find any English tutorials either. Does anyone know if a good English tutorial that gives me the basics?

Emanuele Feronato's website has a lot of Flash related tutorials; you'll probably have to go past page 1 to find things posted from before 2014, since stuff after 2014 is when a lot of the posts started focusing more towards "migrating away from Flash".
And then there's tutorial submissions on this site, although their quality varies widely and likely assume some basic knowledge of Flash to begin with.
