How do you make those voices like in 'All your Base'moives

They sound like a computer voice kinda.
Anyone know how to do that?

Get a program that works like a vocoder, or add reverb in a way that gives yer voice a robotic sound. Speech generators would work too, but for my AYB paraody i used my own voice with effects.
