can anyone tell me how to make text change color on mouserollover in flash five? i feel really dumb asking this question, but i just recently got flash and i really don't know.... any help will be greatly apreciated thanks
to make a rollover effect in flash 5:
1.) First make the text you want then highlight it.
2.) Next click 'Insert' on the topbar, then 'Convert to symbol' on the drop down menu.
3.) In the text box call it something like 'Butt1' then select 'Button' on the circle things.
4.) Press 'Ok'
5.) Now to edit it right click the text, and press 'Edit' you will see 'Over' 'Hit' etc in the keyframes at the top. Fiddle with them till you get what you want.
Alternativly Select Help > Lessons > 06 Buttons
