All i want to know is how to make a good smoke effect like in Pico's school when you enter the jantors room with the steaming pile of crap.

How do you do it, IN THE NAME OF ALL THINGS HOLY TELL ME!!!

im sure if you go searching on the net at a huge collection of animated gifs u can find something, I think gifworks.com has some. then u just import the animated gif and there u go. if thats not kewl anough or too pixalated u can just select each frame and then Modify>trace Bitmap and it will look like it was drawn in flash. heres some fire if u want it

You can make nice smoke effects with the special morph tweening option. And just in case you didn't think of it, do your smoke in semi-transparent grays.
