As a note, the issue with this user was not that Miku was in the songs. Miku Hatsune is a virtual instrument like any other, that just happens to sing... and have a persona (So do a few FL native plugins BTW, like Harmor).

The issue was that they were filesharing other peoples work.

There's actually nothing wrong with this as far as I can tell. DSK Music Box is a free VST, not a band, nor a song. Hell.. I use DSK Music Box.
