i woke up at 6am and the australians took over the ngp voice channel and stepford introduced me to reddqueen specifically to see her design
i brought it up to josh and corey and josh was against it, but me and corey were all for it. josh didnt think it would catch on and corey had an insane amount of optimism about podchan and thus we adopted her as the mascot.
it wouldnt have happened if benny and stepford and the local ng austrailians didnt hangout in ngp during that time
edit: also, i dont think shal and i ever argued about the show. i just specifically didnt think a show would work with me and shal as hosts since our styles were so different, and thus ngpr was born and it had a nice ring to it and shal and i workshopped it together. i definitely was developing an attitude problem at the time and i was sour whenever i thought something wouldnt work out instead of having any understanding and would be curt asf for no reason.
